Application Material Review
We work closely with our clients as they develop application materials – most often a letter of interest, an up-to-date resume, a personal statement about diversity, equity and inclusion, and a carefully curated list of references – to ensure clarity, consistency of tone and style, and an engaging format.
 
Interview Prep & Follow-up
We provide extensive, 1:1, interview preparation for our clients. We use time-tested techniques to help our clients feel confident and fully prepared for job interviews, both virtual and in-person. We meet with our clients post-interview to help assess next steps and chart a course for appropriate follow-up.
 
Continued Support​
And finally, we remain available as a sounding board during the first year of a new Dean’s tenure, offering valuable counsel on the fundamental challenges of being a successful Dean.
