Stanley Romanstein, PhD - Principal
Stanley understands higher education from the inside out and from the outside in. Over a 30-plus-year career, he has been an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor and Professor-of-Practice; a Department Chair — at both liberal arts colleges and R1 research universities — and, most importantly for TheDeanAcademy.com, a university Dean. Throughout his career he’s both led and been part of more decanal searches than he can count. He knows how to prepare aspiring Deans for success in the search process and looks forward to working with you!
Stephanie Temeles - Principal
Stephanie has a decade of administrative experience from small grassroots not-for-profit organizations to large R1 research universities. Her experiences include fundraising, special event planning, project management, and of course, supporting a university dean. Stephanie excels at the art and science of navigating challenging work environments, managing relationships and supporting the vision of executive directors and deans. She looks forward to helping clients feel educated, prepared and excited for their next step as a college or university dean!
